Audley Travel are excellent in finding small eco-friendly hotels to stay in wherever possible and suggesting more unusual activities to make the holiday more memorable. We also almost missed our flight out of Hoi An because he insisted we didn't have to leave as early as everyone else said to leave (you could tell from his hungover face and Facebook pictures it was because he wanted to party the night before). Audley planned and arranged our trip to Singapore, New Zealand, Alice Geary has been fantastic to work with for our Brazil holiday. We use dedicated people and clever technology to safeguard our platform. Nothing was too much trouble and, like Mark, all the representatives went the extra mile to ensure our trip was successful. In addition, it is extremely difficult to follow the directions Audley includes in their travel packet: key information is buried in non-essential information about the area, you have to flip back and forth in their book to find where you are supposed to be when. First Holiday with Audley to South America. We met other Audley travellers who were equally delighted with their trips. It was clear that Audley had very high expectations of third party suppliers and the 'little extras' we received made our experience really stand out from the crowd - be it air condition rooms in resorts with limited air conditioned lodges, or a city tour to fill the gap between flights - it just seems like Audley had everything covered.
