Today, Adam stands as the proud owner of Via Brasil Steakhouse in Summerlin, a testament to his relentless passion and unwavering dedication to the culinary craft. Alongside his wife Anna, Adam has transformed Via Brasil into a culinary destination, where every dish tells a story and every meal is an experience to remember. With his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence, Adam continues to redefine the dining landscape, leaving an indelible mark on the industry he's been immersed in since childhood.
