Born and raised in Las Vegas, Ishe made history as the first Las Vegas native to become a professional boxing world champion, capturing the IBF Junior Middleweight World Championship in 2013. Over a 19-year professional career, he shared the ring with some of boxing's biggest names, competed on the inaugural season of The Contender, and earned a reputation as one of the sport's toughest and most respected competitors.
But Ishe's story goes far beyond boxing.
From overcoming childhood adversity and bullying to battling financial hardship, career setbacks, and personal challenges, his journey is one of resilience, faith, and perseverance. Today, he's a proud member of the Nevada Boxing Hall of Fame, a Las Vegas letter carrier, mentor, and advocate for hard work and humility—proving that true champions are defined not only by titles, but by character.
